Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, bottoms and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged unless found to be faulty under the Australian Consumer Law, so please select carefully. Bras can be returned for a store credit less the shipping cost.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection of sizing.

Conditions of return: 

• The item is faulty.
• Product must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached.
• No damage - no marks, stains or perfume scene.
• All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.

Faulty or incorrect product:

Please email info@winkwear.com.au within 7 days of product receipt so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be replaced as soon as possible. Please ensure you identify any faults prior to trying on the garment.
